1. Quotations & PricingAll quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided at the time. Any variations in design, materials, or access conditions may result in a revised quote. Prices are subject to change based on material costs or unforeseen site conditions.

2. Deposits & PaymentsA deposit is required to confirm all bookings and order materials. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest and administrative fees.

3. Scope of WorkWork is limited strictly to the items and services listed in the approved quote. Any additional services or modifications requested after work has begun will be charged separately.

4. Access & Site ConditionsClients must provide unrestricted and safe access to the worksite for the duration of the project. Any delays or stoppages due to restricted access, unsafe conditions, or unnotified changes may result in additional fees or rescheduling.

5. Delays & Force MajeureFence-In & Gates will make every reasonable effort to meet project timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, material shortages, supplier delays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Material OwnershipAll materials supplied remain the property of Fence-In & Gates until payment has been received in full. We reserve the right to remove any unpaid materials or structures in the event of non-payment.

7. Guarantees & WorkmanshipWe offer a 12-month workmanship guarantee from the date of completion. This warranty excludes: Damage caused by external impact, vandalism, client misuse, or alterations by third parties. Wear and tear or natural degradation of materials over time.

8. Cancellations & RefundsCancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancelled after deposit payment, a fee may be charged to cover materials, labour, and administrative time. Refunds, if applicable, will exclude costs already incurred.

9. Client ResponsibilitiesThe client is responsible for obtaining all relevant permissions, including neighbour approval, boundary disputes, and municipal permits where required. The site must be ready, clear, and safe prior to our team’s arrival. Delays due to site readiness may result in additional costs.

10. Use of Project ImagesFence-In & Gates reserves the right to photograph completed work for use in our portfolio, website, and marketing materials. No personal or identifying client information will be published unless permission is granted.

11. Limitation of LiabilityWhile every effort is made to provide high-quality work, our liability for any claim (including negligence) is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Dispute ResolutionAny dispute should be raised in writing within 7 days of project completion. Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before initiating legal action.
